I love this machine , it is the 3rd Janome I have purchased. All my others are still working perfectly, I just wanted to make the move to a big machine that does way more than my others. I wish more was being done to promote Janome in the United states of America, because you see a lot of baby lock, and brother, and even Bernia. They are promoted everywhere on all the quilting and sewing tutorials. If I had not stumbled on this fantastic sewing machine brand while working at Sears, I might never have known the joy and ease of sewing on a Janome. So do your self a favor and check out these machines .

I am a long time Janome fan. My 8900 QCP was an early retirement gift to myself and just like my previous Janome machines it doesn't disappoint. The features are wonderful, it's extremely user friendly and if you're a quilter the wide throat is awesome! I can quilt a full size quilt without any issues. If you're looking for an extremely versatile machine, great customer service (Janome is always on the ball when you email them) and a machine that's going to last, (I used my Janome MC3000 for 14 years before I traded it in on this one) you can't go wrong with the 8900 QCP or any Janome machine.

I am loving my Horizon 8900 QVC! Still using my 2011, but love all the bells and whistles the 8900 has to offer. The larger free space has been great for my free motion quilting!

LOVE my Janome MemoryCraft 8900! I am a new sewer and wanted a machine that would help with quilting. The 8900 does everything I wanted and more! Every day I learn something new and discover how the 8900 makes it easier! Wish I had gotten this machine a long time ago. Cbauder

While looking for a high quality machine I ran across the Janome 8900 in a store going out of business on sale for 1/2 price. I bought it and LOVE it! I make lap quilts for adults and lots of the chenille baby quilts, so I sew a LOT. I do wish the throat area was a little wider even though it has one of the widest available in a regular machine (opposed to buying a quilting machine). It has lots of stitches available, love the duel-feed, and I use the walking foot about 80% of the time. I highly recommend this machine.

I love my Memory Craft Sewing Machine. I use it mainly for quilting and making bags.

My new Janome 8900 is everything I wanted in a sewing machine and handles everything I've thrown at it, including knits, denim, sequined and glittered fabric, in perfect harmony. It's so quiet that my husband was amazed it was on, stitching away! LOVE all the room to the right of the needle, the pop-up/easily changeable needle plate, it's numerous stitches, and it's well-lit work area. Especially enjoyed all I learned in the Operator's Class and look forward to adding a few more specialty feet and the magnifier in the future. Highly recommend this machine!!!

This machine performs as expected and has never had a problem. I am really satisfied with this machine and would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a great machine.

I love my 8900!!!!! She runs like a dream! I am a quilter and I not only piece my quilts but I quilt them as well. The 11" throat space makes quilting large quilts possible. I also do some applique work and my 8900 makes perfect stitches. I also absolutely love the accu-feed system. I have both the wide and narrow accu-feed feet and they are fantastic! The only problem I have is I wish I could spend even more time sitting in front of my 8900 and sewing the day away!

I upgraded from an older mechanical model to this machine. I found it easy to operate and the learning time was minimal. I have sewn quilts and baby projects with out trouble. A good machine and I am happy with my choice.

I absolutely love this machine. I first purchased the Horizon 7700 but then the 8900 came out with great improvements. I debated for a long time and finally the dealer made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I like Janome machines because they do the same things as the more expensive machines but are much more reasonable in price.

This machine is the best machine I've ever used! I've had mine for over a year now and it never fails me! Absolutely nothing bad to say about this product.

I am enjoying my new machine. I have made one queen size quilt for my bed and a new decoration for my front door working on a wall hanging for my daughter. I would recommend this machine to others. Still learning my way around the many options but getting better at figuring out what to do. Thanks for being at the Houston Quilt Show in Nov 2015.

The Memory Craft 8900 is by far the finest sewing machine I have ever owned. I have learned to quilt and applique and I enjoy all the bells and whistles. For a beginner quilter I am enjoying the creativity it has opened up for me; very user friendly and fabulous quality. I am in love with this machine!

I purchased this machine last fall and have SO enjoyed playing (oh I mean sewing) with it. I love the extra space with the longer arm for my quilting. And there are sooooo many decorative stitches, I just haven't figured out what it is I'm going to use them all on!
