Memory Craft 6600P

I received my machine as part of the $100,000 national quilting contest prize package. I have used it for several years now without issue. It's a real trooper as I am always asking the impossible of my machine and it always delivers! As as Art Quilt creator, I really appreciate the extra room in the 'arm pit' for bulky folds of fabric. And, the extension table is a wonderful bonus. I recently completed a 4-year long Art Quilt project (Geisha In The Snow) that includes extensive thread painting and appliqué. Although the quilt is 58x78 and quite thick in places, With the exception of the machine embroidered border, I was able to create the entire quilt on my 6600. I highly recommend this sewing machine! The "P" in the model number is for professional, but I think it is also for perfect because this is the perfect sewing machine. It sews so smoothly, is a very well-built machine, great features, and is just wonderful. After I got this machine I realized all the things I was missing in my sewing. Thank you for making this super sewing machine.

Fantastic Machine. I have had mine for about 5 years now. This is a real workhorse and great for quilting. I only wish it had a freearm. It is way to heavy to carry to classes so I have a Janome 4120 QDC for Classes and Retreats.I also own a Janome Gold, Janome 712T,and a Janome 500E. Did I say I love the Janome Machines. I also have a Great Dealer The Fabric Garden in Madison, Maine. Kayla the Owner is Fantastic and very knowledgeable. The Service is the BEST !

I am so, so glad that i purchased this machine and I would highly recommend it. I am a converter from that OTHER sewing machine company that starts with a B. I would not go back. Janome has so many features like the dual-feed, drop in bobbin, auto cutter button, knee lift, etc. I can not even list them all. I do know that the stitches are so perfect and that it is like a dream to use. As an Art Quilter, this is my main and only home sewing machine.

I have had my machine since 2010. I traded in my Baby lock for it as I worked for a Janome dealer and just loved the machine and I have not been disappointed a day since I bought it. It is a workhorse. I have pieced with it as well as free motioned quilted and it has done everything I have asked of it without a problem, I could not ask for anything more. I have been asked a number of times to trade it in as the dealer has a waiting list for my machine, and the answer is always the same, a big fat NO! I have even been offered a new machine at half price for my machine that is how good the 1600P is.

This machines i love it, kind of like the old heavy metal singer!! Very sturdy, is not plastic like others, it withstand my roughness and this is amazing. I can do all my projects... I saw the 6700p but it is more plastic and not so sturdy and for just emoji's you pay more........6600p I highly recommended! It's a real sewing machine
