Kimberly Einmo Bio
Kimberly Einmo is honored to represent Janome-America as their National Spokesperson. She is an international author, award-winning quilter, fabric designer, and has been a quilt judge for more than twenty years. Kimberly writes a popular column called Stray Threads, in American Quilter Magazine, and she has written six best-selling books, published by the American Quilter’s Society. Kimberly has developed a signature line of Precision Rulers and she is a Featured Artist for the Electric Quilt Company.
As a respected and prominent leader in the quilting industry, Kimberly loves to travel and meet sewing enthusiasts from all walks of life around the world!
Event Overview
Come spend a fun, informative and inspiring day in class while you create your own stunning, rainbow-colored wall hanging! Kimberly is a world-renowned author, designer, and Janome’s own National Spokesperson. She will teach you her signature method to make this gorgeous star from Jelly Roll strips without “Y” or set-in seams using her Precision Precuts (or Precision Jelly Roll) Ruler. This class is a technique double-header; you’ll also learn Kimberly’s signature method for making absolutely perfect flying geese units using her Precision Flying Geese & HST Ruler with no wasted fabric, no math, and absolutely no stress! Kimberly will share many top tips sure to make your sewing time productive and fun, while you improve your precision piecing skills and learn how to conquer that elusive scant ¼” seam once and for all!
