Sewing:
All seams are 1/4”, unless otherwise noted. Makes one 18" pillow cover.
1. Using 1/4” foot O, stitch the four 1 1/2” x 45” strips together, arranging colors in a pleasing manner.

2. Press and cut this into three 12” lengths.

3. Stitch the three 12” sections together to create a 12” square.
4. Attach 1” x 12” shorter inner borders pieces to top and bottom of 12” square and press.
5. Attach 1” x 13” inner border pieces to the sides and press.

6. Attach 3 1/2” x 13” outer border pieces and press.
7. Attach 3 1/2” x 18 1/2” outer border pieces and press.

8. Arrange large fussy cut prints in a pleasing manner and adhere with spray adhesive.
9. Center batting under pillow top and adhere with temporary spray adhesive.

10. Change to Open toe foot, prewound bobbin and embroidery thread.
11. Free motion quilt outer edges first, then add dimension by quilting along the pattern lines of the design in the fabric.
12. Square up pillow top. Place All-Purpose thread in the machine and attach Zipper foot E.
13. Attach trim to all four edges, stitching in the band of the trim and placing the trim at the cut edge of the cushion.
Note: Keep in mind the decorative trim edges will face to the inside of the pillow.
14. Attach Satin Stitch foot F and press under a 1” hem along the 11” side of back pieces. Note: Only press one edge on each piece. Fold under a second time and press, so that you end up with a double folded hem.
15. Stitch hem close to folded edge.

16. Overlap back sections and place right sides together on pillow top. Stitch around all four edges, making certain trim is facing towards center of pillow.
17. Clip corners to reduce bulk. Turn inside out through center opening and press.
