The PcFolderTool version 1.40 is a new download available for users with 64bit computer systems that cannot currently send data to their MC11000 or MC11000 Special edition via USB cable.

Important*** Please only use this update if your computer is a 64bit, this will cause a problem on a 32bit computer system.

Please download the setup.exe file to your desktop, then open the folder containing the Setup.exe file to start the installation.

You will be prompted to complete the installation process, simply click Next when appropriate to advance through the screens and complete the installation.




After the software is installed, you will have 3 icons on your desktop, the PcFolderTool, the AcuFilPrintTool, and the ScreeenSaverTool.



If you receive a message that your USB driver is not properly installed or damaged, you may need to manually re-install the USB driver. Please follow the instructions below to do this.

Please right-click on “Computer”, and choose Properties from the menu, you will see the System Properties page. On the left hand pane, please click on “Device Manager”.



In the Device Manager window, please locate the 860 driver with a “! or ?” beside it, then right click on the 860 and choose update driver software.





Choose “Browse my computer for driver software.”



After clicking browse, please click on c:\program files (x86)\Janome\MC11KTools\Driver, then click ok, then next. Your new driver will be installed and you will now be able to send designs to your MemoryCraft.
