In-the-Hoop Hand Warmers
Using scraps of wool and 100% cotton, you can create Milinda Stephenson's in-the-hoop hand warmers in just one hooping. Using her Horizon Memory Craft 15000, Milinda made these beautiful wool snowflake hand warmers.
Before you head out in the morning, pop the hand warmers in the microwave for 30 seconds and your hands will stay warm as you make your way to work or school in the frigid weather.
