New Project: Double-Sided Napkins
Not your ordinary napkin! These contemporary beauties feature unique decorative stitching.
Jane Spolar of Quilt Poetry created these lovely double-sided napkins from the “Bollywood Bliss” fabric collection she recently designed for Northcott. Easy elegance!
Jane shows you how to apply the appliqué with a decorative stitch, including great notes about how to pivot the stitching around the appliqué shape. And, she explains how to go around the outer edge with a blanket stitch.
Both of the decorative stitches are done using variegated thread, which is an absolutely beautiful combination with Jane's vibrant Bollywood Bliss fabrics.
