Project and Review of the Skyline S9
Janome and Elna Artisan Erin Sobon Sundet of Sewbon has a strong love of sewing and house plants. She was so excited give our new Skyline S9 a try and make a wonderful basket planter for her Meyer lemon tree.
Erin mentions in her review that the Skyline S9 is an impressive machine. Erin has been sewing on the Elna eXpressive 920 for about a year and a half now, so working with the Skyline S9 was a breeze for her. Erin’s favorite feature on the S9 is the automatic thread cutter. She also likes the bobbin thread sensor and the stitch quality.
Since Erin has been working on embroidery projects with both the Elna eXpressive 900 and 920 machines over the past few years, she was super excited to see that the new Skyline has an embroidery unit.
